  • Recommending plan design changes to respond to industry trends
  • Reviewing contracts, employee booklets, amendments, etc. for clarity and correctness
  • Assisting in the initial enrolment of employees

  • Acting as liaison between the policyholder and the insurance company
  • Assisting in administration of benefit plans
  • Assisting in the drafting of correspondence to insurance company
  • Reviewing experience reports to determine developing trends in utilization of plans
  • Preparing detailed analysis of renewal information and making appropriate recommendations
  • Preparing periodic reviews of rates and benefits
  • Providing updates with reference to changes in legislation
  • Providing assistance in the completion of all forms and invoices
  • Tracking of unpaid claims
  • Assisting in ex-contractual and ex gratia requests
  • Conducting inquiries on behalf of employees on request
  • Providing explanations of benefit entitlement as necessary
  • Conducting financial and retirement planning seminars for employees
  • holding cost containment seminars for employees
  • Conducting individual estate planning and financial planning sessions
  • Providing access to Segregated Funds and Guaranteed Term Certificates across Canada
  • Assisting in purchase of excess travel insurance health plans
  • Offering long-term care and critical illness plans
  • Assisting in obtaining excess disability coverage


All of the above services are available to all employees of the groups that we administer. The extent of the service provided is determined by agreement with the plan sponsor. There are no additional charges to the plan sponsor or to the individual client for the services provided.
